Thai Mango Chicken

This is a photo I took of my food when it finally arrived.

Me & my boyfriend decided to try out the new PF Chang's owned bistro in the neighborhood, Pei Wei. I tried their new dish, not advertised on the menu, "Thai Mango Chicken", and I must say it was absolutely delicious.

It is described as "a light and flavorful dish that combines chicken, fresh mango, red bell peppers, spiced cashews, and Thai basil wok-seared and fresh-to-order in a tangy and tropical mango sauce topped with lime and cilantro".
